Mahindra & Mahindra allots FCDs

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd has announced that the Company on July 28, 2008 has allotted 93,95,974, 9.25% p.a. Unsecured Fully & Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (FCDs) of the face value of Rs 745 each to Golboot Holdings Ltd.
