Liberty Phosphate to consider raising funds on Aug 04, 2008

Liberty Phosphate Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 04, 2008, inter alia, to look into the possibility of increasing share capital of the Company, at an early date, to meet the requirement of increasing the fund of the Company inter alia in connection with Company's request to Bank for increasing urgently the working capital facility by substantial amount on account of exorbitant increase in prices of raw material and subsidy amount and in relation to this, to consider Preferential Issue of equity Shares to promoter group and other than promoters who can invest substantial amount in the Company and all relevant points relating to the matter and connected matters to come out of working capital crisis.
