The Indian Card Clothing Company Limited sells property in Coimbatore

The Board of Directors of The Indian Card Clothing Company Limited had earlier in its meeting held on the same day, (i.e., March 26, 2025) had approved the proposal of selling the commercial property of the Company comprising a freehold land alongwith all the structures standing thereon including a workshop building admeasuring approximately 809.40 square meters situated at S.F.No.531/1, Sowripalayam Village, Taluka Coimbatore, Coimbatore District, Door No. : 135(A) Old, 524 (New Part), Asst. No. 7122, Tamil Nadu, India ("the commercial property") for a consideration not below Rs. 11,01,00,000/- (Rupees Eleven Crore One Lakh Only) to Mrs. Manisha Khemka jointly with Mr. Yash Khemka ("the Buyer"), we would like to inform you the Company has completed the transaction by executing the Sale Deed and other related documents with the buyer after receipt of the agreed consideration amount of Rs. 11,01,00,000/- (Rupees Eleven Crore One Lakh Only) and have registered the Conveyance Deed with the concerned Sub-Registrar in Peelamedu, Coimbatore - Tamil Nadu.
