Blue Coast to allot 2324324 shares

Blue Coast Hotels & Resorts Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 25, 2008, inter alia, have decided to issue and allot upto 23,24,324 Equity Shares to persons / entities belonging to non promoter category, at such price as per the SEBI (DIP) Guidelines.
