Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2008, to consider fund raising options by way of issue of Equity Shares / Warrants and / or any instruments convertible into equity shares, GDRs / ADRs / FCCBs / QIP Issue / Other financial instruments, subject to such approval of shareholders.
