HT Media allots 22600 equity shares

HT Media Ltd (HTML) has announced that the Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 21, 2008 has allotted 22,600 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each of HTML to the Shareholders of Go4i.com (India) Pvt Ltd (GIPL), pursuant to the Scheme sanctioned by Hon'ble High Court of Delhi on September 13, 2007.
