LKP Merchant to redeem preference shares

LKP Merchant Financing Ltd has announced that the Company has decided to redeem out of distributable profit, 2,50,000 13.5% Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares of Rs 100/- each fully paid-up, issued by the Company on private placement basis. The aggregate redemption amount of Rs 2,50,00,000/- will be payable on the said redemption of Preference Shares on August 08, 2008.
