Comfort Intech allots 60 Lakh warrants

Comfort Intech Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 21, 2008, inter alia, has allotted 60,00,000 warrants on preferential basis consequent on receiving of in principle approval for the issue and allotment of such warrants by the Stock Exchange dated July 10, 2008.
