Ponni Sugars allots 4 Lakh shares

Ponni Sugars Erode Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 18, 2008, has allotted 4,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each to Seshasayee Paper and Boards Ltd at the issue price of Rs 50 per share (Face Value Rs 10 and Premium Rs 40).
