Sunteck Realty allots 4 lakh shares on conversion of warrants

Sunteck Realty Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 17, 2008, inter alia, has considered and decided to allot 4,00,000 Equity Shares on account of Conversion of 4,00,000 Convertible Warrants.

The meeting was adjourned to July 19, 2008 to discuss the matter of amalgamation of Amrut Consultancy Pvt Ltd with the Company.
