Filtra Consultants and Engineers Limited allots 27,41,000 bonus equity shares

The Board of Directors of Filtra Consultants and Engineers Limited has allotted 27,41,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each as fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares, on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, aggregating to total nominal/paid-up value of Rs.2,74,10,000 (Rupees Two Crore Seventy Four Lac and Ten Thousand Only).

The Bonus Equity Shares are allotted in the proportion of 1:3 i.e. one (1) new full paid-up Equity Bonus Share of Rs.10/- for every three (3) existing fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each, to the eligible Members whose names appear in the register of Members/list of beneficial owners as on July 13, 2024, being the record date fixed for this purpose.

Accordingly, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from 82,23,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 8,22,30,000 to 1,09,64,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 10,96,40,000.

The Bonus Equity Shares as allotted above shall rank pari passu and carry the same rights with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects.

Shares of Filtra Consultants and Engineers Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 100.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 104.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22000 in over 11 trades.
