Modern Dairies to consider allotment of warrants on Jul 23, 2008

Modern Dairies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Allotment Committee of Directors of the Company will be held on July 23, 2008 to allot 11,63,661 shares upon conversion of the warrants issued to the promoter and promoter group at a price of Rs 81 per share, subject to the receipt of balance amount of Rs 72.90 per share.
