LN Polyesters to allot 43 Lakh equity shares

LN Polyesters Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 14, 2008, inter alia, has considered and approved the allotment of 43,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 10/- per share on Preferential basis to investors other than Promoters.

The company allotted 28,00,000 No. of Equity Shares against Conversion of Debt into Equity.

The company allotted 15,00,000 No. of Equity Shares vide monies received as on date.
