Jayant Agro allots 1110000 shares

Jayant Agro Organics Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Company have allotted, 11,10,000 Equity Shares of Rs 5/- each at a premium of Rs 60/- each on July 12, 2008, to allottees on exercising option to convert 11,10,000 warrants out of 24,00,000 warrants of Rs 65/- each allotted on January 14, 2007.
