Cinerad Communications allots 7500000 warrants

Cinerad Communications Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 11, 2008, has allotted 7500000 convertible warrants to the Promoters of the Company i.e. M/s. India Emerging Capital P Ltd pursuant to the resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company held on June 21, 2008.

These 7500000 (Seventy five lac) warrants which is allotted to the Promoters i.e. M/s. India emerging capital pvt Ltd @ Rs 14 per warrant are convertible into the equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up at a Premium of Rs 4 per share within 18 months from the date of allotment.
