Baba Arts to allot 100000 shares on conversion of warrants to Gordhan P Tanwani

Baba Arts Ltd has announced that Shri. Gordhan P Tanwani belonging to the Promoter Group has exercised 100000 Optionally Fully Convertible Warrants by making balance payment of Rs 39.60 per warrant.

The Board of Directors will shortly meet to allot 100000 Equity Shares in the Capital of the Company to Shri. Gordhan P Tanwani against exercise of the Warrants.
