Cinerad Communications to consider allotment of warrants on Jul 11, 2008

Cinerad Communications Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 11, 2008, inter alia, to consider the allotment of Convertible Warrants on preferential basis to the promoters pursuant to resolution passed in the Extra ordinary general meeting of the Company held on June 21, 2008.
