Modern Dairies allots 4650000 equity shares

Modern Dairies Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held on July 08, 2008, has allotted 46,50,000 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 50/- per share to International Finance Corporation (IFC) upon receipt of the subscription amount.
