Baba Arts to consider allotment of 300000 shares

Baba Arts Ltd has announced that Shri Raju P Tanwani belonging to the Promoter Group has exercised 300000 Optionally Fully Convertible Warrants by making balance payment of Rs 39.60 per warrant.

Further the Company has informed that the Board of Directors will shortly meet to allot 300000 Equity Shares in the Capital of the Company to Shri Raju P Tanwani against exercise of the Warrants.
