Borosil Glass to consider allotment of shares on conversion of warrants

Borosil Glass Works Ltd has announced that a meeting of the 'Share Allotment Committee' of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 16, 2008 to consider allotment of Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to the Promoters on preferential basis, on exercise of right attached to the Warrants issued on January 17, 2007.
