Filmcity Media to consider conversion of warrants on Jul 11, 2008

Filmcity Media Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 11, 2008, for allotment of Equity shares in exchange of 1,34,03,000 Warrants which were allotted on March 31, 2007.
