Adarsh Derivatives to consider preferential allotment on Jul 12, 2008

Adarsh Derivatives Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 12, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve the Notice of 14th Annual General Meeting and Director's Report for the year ended March 31, 2008.

To consider and approve the preferential allotment of equity shares to promoters and non-promoters to part finance the forthcoming projects.
