Sindu Valley Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 15, 2008, to consider the increase in Authorized Share Capital.

Issue of Equity shares to the existing members on rights basis; and/ or issue of Equity Shares to strategic investors on preferential basis.
