Riba Textiles to consider reissue of forfeited shares on Jul 05, 2008

Riba Textiles Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 05, 2008, inter alia, to approve the Offer Document for the proposed reissue of 27,56,900 Forfeited Equity Shares on a proportionate basis to the Existing Equity Shareholders as on the Record Date.

To fix the Record Date.

To decide upon the date of opening & Closing of the issue.
