Hamant Bharadia, a Veteran in the UK Public Sector, Joins Mastek as an Advisor to its Local Government Business Unit

Mastek (MASTEK; BSE: 523704), a trusted digital engineering and cloud transformation partner, has announced the expansion of its local government (LG) business unit, with Hamant Bharadia joining as Industry Director, Public Sector Advisor. Hamant will play a key role in the growth of Mastek's local government and wider public sector businesses.

Hamant has over 30 years of experience in the LG sector and brings a deep understanding of the LG business landscape. He has worked with the London Borough of Lambeth as Assistant Director of Finance (Deputy S151 Officer) for over 10 years. Hamant is a CIPFA and CIMA-qualified accountant with strong business partnering, financial control, and systems skills. He has extensive experience in managing the Oracle applications team at Lambeth. Hamant was the Senior Officer leading the Oracle Cloud transformation programme at Lambeth Council. Under his leadership and guidance, Lambeth became the first public sector organisation in Europe to successfully go-live with an end-to-end Oracle Cloud solution covering finance, procurement, planning & budgeting, HR, and payroll within 12 months.
