Pyramid Saimira to raise US$ 450 Million

Pyramid Saimira Theatre Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, has considered and decided to obtain the approval of the shareholders for the issue securities upto a sum of USD 450 Million to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs).

The Stock closed the day at Rs.198.85, down by Rs.37.80 or 15.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.256 and low of Rs.193.

The total traded quantity was 1537648 compared to 2 week average of 600916.
