Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 105

The Board of Directors of Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited at its meeting held today, have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 105 per Equity Share (Nominal Value of Rs. 10/- each), for the Financial Year ended June 30, 2023. The divided shall be paid between November 24, 2023 to December 20, 2023, on approval of the Members at the 59th Annual General Meeting.
