Kinetic Motor to issue CCCPS to Billion Ally Ltd

Kinetic Motor Company Ltd has announced that the Committee Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on June 28, 2008, has taken the decision to convene the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on July 29, 2008 to obtain approval from shareholders for issue of 871795 Nos. of Compulsorily Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares (CCCPS) to Billion Ally Ltd on preferential basis.
