Megasoft Ltd to sell its share in property situated at Knowledge Capital

Pursuant to a price discovery exercise, the Board of Directors of Megasoft Ltd at its meeting held on held on 13th July, 2023 has considered and approved the sale/ transfer/ disposal of Company's share in the property situated at Knowledge Capital, Plot No. 8(Part), Survey No.115/2, 3, 4, 5, 35, Nanakramguda Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana - 500032, India subject to the approval of members of the Company through Postal Ballot.

Shares of Megasoft Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 29.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 29.23. The total number of shares traded during the day was 37959 in over 157 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 29.75 and intraday low of 28.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1113044.00.
