Vikas WSP Calls for Board Meeting on Jul 04, 2008 to consider preferential issue

Vikas WSP Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 04, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve the Director's Report for the year ended March 31, 2008.

To consider and approve the preferential allotment of equity shares to promoters and non-promoters to part finance the forthcoming projects.
