Steelco Gujarat to issue preference shares

Steelco Gujarat Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 23, 2008, inter alia, has recommended the preferential issue of 12.5% Non-Convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares on private placement basis to the Promoters for the approval of members and other requisite authorities.
