Hercules Hoists Ltd sells Mulund land for Rs. 90 crores

Hercules Hoists Ltd had earlier announced the sale of land of approx. 8327 square meters situated at 110, Minerva Industrial Estate, Mulund West Mumbai 400080, for the lump sum consideration of Rs.90/- Cr, subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent.

On February 7, 2023, the Company has completed the transfer of approx . 8327 square meters of the said land by executing the necessary Deeds of Conveyance in favour of the Purchaser - Arkade Developers Private Limited, Mumbai for aggregate consideration of Rs. 90 Cr. The entire consideration is received by the Company.

Shares of Hercules Hoists Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 203.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 196.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6037 in over 243 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 204.50 and intraday low of 199.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1220744.00.
