Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Ltd to sell property

The Board of Directors of Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Limited at their Meeting held on today i.e. Wednesday, the 14th December, 2022, have considered and approved the sale of Company's property (undertaking) situated at Unit No 204, 2nd Floor, Vardhaman Industrial Premises Cooperative Housing Society, behind petrol pump, S.V.Road, Western Express Highway, Dahisar (East) Mumbai-400068 subject to the approvals of the Members of the Company.

Shares of Zodiac JRD- MKJ Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 38.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 37.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 662 in over 10 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 40.60 and intraday low of 36.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25157.00.
