Sinclairs Hotels Q2 PAT up 628%

For the quarter ended 30th September 2022, Sinclairs Hotels Limited posted a Total Income of Rs. 962.51 lakh, a 60% increase over Rs. 602.81 lakh for the corresponding quarter in the previous year. EBIDTA for the quarter stood at Rs. 328.12 lakh (Rs. 209.15 lakh) while Profit Before Tax stood at Rs. 190.39 lakh as against Rs. 59.30 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The Profit After Tax for the quarter increased by 628% to Rs. 155.92 lakh as against Rs. 21.43 lakh in the corresponding quarter in the previous year.

Total Income for the six month period ended 30th September 2022 was Rs.2,798.44 lakh (Rs.899.15 lakh) while EBIDTA rose to Rs.1,218.48 lakh (Rs.236.34 lakh). The Profit Before Tax for the six month period stood at Rs. 945.93 lakh as against loss of Rs.66.36 lakh for the same period in the previous year. The Profit After Tax for the period was Rs. 728.49 lakh as against loss of Rs.72.13 lakh in corresponding six months of the previous year.

Shares of SINCLAIRS HOTELS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 103.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 107.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 31675 in over 381 trades.
