A meeting of the Board of Directors of Sampre Nutritions Ltd is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 20 September, 2022, to consider further raising of FCCB up to 100 million $ in one or more tranches to finance the capital and working capital for overseas expansion by way of preferential allotment.
