KDDL converts 2 Lakh warrants

KDDL Ltd has announced that at the reassembled meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on June 04, 2008 to transact businesses which were not completed at the originally convened meeting on May 31, 2008, the Board of Directors have converted 2,00,000 Zero Coupon Warrants into equal number of equity shares.
