Reliance Infrastructure Ltd to raise upto US$500 mn through FCCBs

The Board of Directors of Reliance Infrastructure Ltd at its meeting held today has approved, raising of additional long term resources by issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds and/or other similar securities as may be permitted under applicable laws including determination of the issue price, if any, and to seek members' approval for partial modification of the resolution passed on July 6, 2021.

Total number of securities proposed to be issued or the total amount for which the securities will be issued will be upto US$ 500,000,000.

Shares of Reliance Infrastructure Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 106.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 109.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 545681 in over 3995 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 111.20 and intraday low of 105.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 58042093.00.
