The board of directors of Pondy Oxides and Chemicals Ltd have approved the recommendation of the Final Dividend at 50% i.e. Rs. 5/- per share on the Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each at the Board Meeting held on 27th May 2022 for the Financial year 2021-22 subject to approval of Shareholders of the Company.
