PRIME Securities Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 2.25

The Board of Directors of PRIME Securities Ltd at its meeting held on May 24, 2022, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 2.25 per Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each (45%) to the Members of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022.

The Dividend recommended by the Board of Directors is subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.
