Balkrishna Industries Ltd commences commercial production of expansion project

Balkrishna Industries Ltd has successfully commenced commercial production of the Brown Field Expansion and Debottlenecking Project at BHUJ Plant ahead of schedule. This will result in increased production of tires up to 50,000 MTPA. The complete ramp-up in production is expected to be achieved in the next 6 months.

Shares of Balkrishna Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1767.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1796.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7112 in over 1061 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1800.10 and intraday low of 1752.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12576237.00.
