Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Limited, India's leading tire recycling and waste-management company, has announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). Driven by expanding volumes and strong margin performance, the company recorded a 75.2% year-on-year (YoY) surge in net profit to reach ₹20.57 crore.
Key Financial Highlights (Q1 FY27 vs Q1 FY26 & Q4 FY26)
Revenue from Operations: Grew 19.9% YoY to ₹156.18 crore (₹15,618.12 lakh), compared to ₹130.27 crore (₹13,027.33 lakh) in Q1 FY26. Sequentially, revenue remained virtually flat against ₹156.95 crore (₹15,695.13 lakh) in Q4 FY26.
Total Income: Rose 20.0% YoY to ₹156.81 crore (₹15,680.74 lakh), supported by ₹0.63 crore in other income, up from ₹130.63 crore in Q1 FY26.
Profit Before Tax (PBT): Advanced 76.0% YoY to ₹27.50 crore (₹2,750.05 lakh), up from ₹15.63 crore (₹1,563.09 lakh) in Q1 FY26 and growing 19.9% sequentially over ₹22.94 crore (₹2,293.85 lakh) in Q4 FY26.
Profit After Tax (PAT): Soared 75.2% YoY to ₹20.57 crore (₹2,056.64 lakh), compared to ₹11.74 crore (₹1,174.09 lakh) in Q1 FY26 and expanding 24.4% sequentially over ₹16.53 crore (₹1,652.99 lakh) in Q4 FY26.
Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS for the quarter expanded to ₹11.42 per share (face value ₹10 each), up from ₹6.84 in Q1 FY26 and ₹9.28 in Q4 FY26. Diluted EPS stood at ₹11.41 per share.
Expense Analysis
Total expenses for Q1 FY27 were managed at ₹129.48 crore (₹12,948.09 lakh), compared to ₹115.37 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹134.71 crore in Q4 FY26.
Key expense lines included:
Cost of Materials Consumed: ₹65.81 crore (compared to ₹50.75 crore in Q1 FY26).
Purchase of Stock-in-Trade: ₹11.27 crore (compared to ₹17.23 crore in Q1 FY26).
Changes in Inventories: Worked out to a credit/addition of ₹4.19 crore against a credit of ₹0.71 crore in Q1 FY26.
Employee Benefits Expense: Increased to ₹16.81 crore, compared to ₹15.41 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹15.74 crore in Q4 FY26.
Finance Costs: Reduced by 4.8% YoY to ₹2.89 crore (down from ₹3.04 crore in Q1 FY26).
Depreciation & Amortisation Expense: Stood at ₹4.31 crore, compared to ₹2.85 crore in Q1 FY26.
Other Expenses: Increased to ₹32.59 crore, compared to ₹25.38 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹27.20 crore in Q4 FY26.
Total tax expense for the quarter stood at ₹6.93 crore (₹693.41 lakh), comprising current tax of ₹6.53 crore and deferred tax of ₹0.41 crore.
Other Comprehensive Income & Equity
Share of Profit in Associates: Contributed ₹17.40 lakh to pre-tax profits, reversing a share of loss of ₹23.07 lakh in Q4 FY26.
Total Comprehensive Income: Stood at ₹20.74 crore (₹2,073.54 lakh) for Q1 FY27, after incorporating ₹16.90 lakh in foreign currency translation gains.
Paid-Up Equity Capital: Remained unchanged at ₹18.02 crore (₹1,801.58 lakh) consisting of 1,80,15,800 equity shares of face value ₹10 each.
