Mahindra Logistics Limited (MLL), one of India's largest integrated logistics solutions providers, announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). Staging a significant operational turnaround, the company reported a net profit after tax of ₹27.83 crore, reversing a loss of ₹9.44 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year (Q1 FY26).

Revenue from Operations: Crossed the ₹2,000 crore benchmark to reach ₹2,002.88 crore, registering a 23.3% year-on-year (YoY) growth compared to ₹1,624.59 crore in Q1 FY26. Sequentially, revenue grew 11.8% over ₹1,791.41 crore in Q4 FY26.
Total Income: Stood at ₹2,012.71 crore, up 23.5% YoY from ₹1,629.66 crore in Q1 FY26, supported by ₹9.83 crore in other income.
Profit Before Tax (PBT): Rose to ₹39.06 crore, compared to a PBT loss of ₹5.82 crore in Q1 FY26 and a PBT of ₹31.95 crore in Q4 FY26.
Profit After Tax (PAT): Came in at ₹27.83 crore, reflecting strong margin recovery over a net loss of ₹9.44 crore in Q1 FY26 and a 24.5% sequential growth over ₹22.36 crore in Q4 FY26.
PAT Attributable to Shareholders: Stood at ₹25.39 crore, up from a loss of ₹10.80 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹20.19 crore in Q4 FY26.
Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS expanded to ₹2.56 per share (face value ₹10), compared to negative ₹1.44 in Q1 FY26 and ₹2.04 in Q4 FY26. Diluted EPS was reported at ₹2.55 per share.
Expenditure Breakdown
Total expenses for Q1 FY27 totaled ₹1,973.60 crore, compared to ₹1,635.44 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹1,763.25 crore in Q4 FY26.
Key cost components included:
Operating Expenses: ₹1,729.40 crore, up from ₹1,407.40 crore in Q1 FY26, reflecting scaled volume handling.
Employee Benefits Expense: ₹113.89 crore, compared to ₹104.48 crore in Q1 FY26.
Finance Costs: Reduced significantly by 38.6% YoY to ₹13.83 crore (down from ₹22.53 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹14.30 crore in Q4 FY26).
Depreciation & Amortisation: ₹72.31 crore, compared to ₹64.57 crore in Q1 FY26.
Other Expenses: ₹44.17 crore, compared to ₹36.46 crore in Q1 FY26.
Tax expenses for the quarter stood at ₹11.23 crore, comprising current tax of ₹15.21 crore and a deferred tax credit of ₹3.98 crore.
Equity & Comprehensive Income
Total Comprehensive Income for Q1 FY27 reached ₹27.76 crore, of which ₹25.32 crore was attributable to the equity shareholders of the company and ₹2.44 crore to non-controlling interests.
As of June 30, 2026, Mahindra Logistics' paid-up equity share capital stood at ₹99.22 crore (face value ₹10 per share).
