Brightcom Group Ltd fixes March 16, 2022 as record date for 2:3 bonus issue

Brightcom Group Ltd has decided to set Wednesday, March 16, 2022, as the Record Date to ascertain the eligibility of shareholders entitled to the issuance of Bonus Shares. The proposed equity bonus will be issued in the ratio of 2:3 (two equity shares for every three equity shares held by the Members), as recommended by the Company's Board of Directors in its meeting held on January 25, 2022, subject to members approval.

The resolution for Bonus Issue has been sent to all the Members for their approval through the Postal Ballot Notice dated January 25, 2022.

Shares of Brightcom Group Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 134.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 141.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 725183 in over 4397 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 140.50 and intraday low of 134.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 97940365.00.
