DJ Mediaprint & Logistics Ltd Board to consider Bonus Issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of DJ Mediaprint & Logistics Ltd is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 3rd February, 2022 at its corporate office address to increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company and to consider & approve the issue of Bonus Shares.

The board will consider and approve the Migration of the Company from SME Platform of BSE Limited to Main Board of BSE Limited ("BSE") and National Stock Exchange of India Limited ("NSE"), review the operations of the Company and any other matter with the permission of the Chair as the Board thinks.
