Brigade Enterprises Ltd to raise Rs. 450 crores through NCD issue

A meeting of the board of directors of Brigade Enterprises Ltd was held on June 22, 2018 and the board considered and approved raising of funds by issue of Non-Convertible Debentures of up to Rs. 450 crores on private placement basis subject to necessary approvals.

Shares of BRIGADE ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.226 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 225.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1499 in over 48 trades.
