HFCL secures Contract of ~INR 2666.09 Crores from Rail Vikas Nigam Limited

HFCL Ltd has been awarded a Contract amounting to ~INR 2,666.09 Crores by Rail Vikas Nigam Limited ("RVNL"). This contract pertains to the BharatNet Phase-III project in the Uttar Pradesh (West) Telecom Circle.

The scope of the Contract includes (i)Supply of telecom equipment and related accessories with installation & commissioning, (ii) Creation of Optical Fiber Cable Telecom Network and (iii) Maintenance of the project for a period of 10 years, including a 1-year warranty period.

This Contract is in addition to the earlier Contract of INR 2,167.65 Crores awarded to the Company by RVNL for BharatNet Phase-III projects in the Uttar Pradesh (East) and Uttar Pradesh (West) Telecom Circles which was intimated to the stock exchanges on January 23, 2025.

The Company continues to strengthen its position in the telecom network domain and remains committed to delivering high-quality execution of large-scale digital connectivity projects.

Shares of HFCL Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 190.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 188.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1633074 in over 13078 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 193.45 and intraday low of 185.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 309226381.00.
