Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd allots 122760 shares

Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited ('the Company'), has issued and allotted 1,22,760 (One Lakh Twenty Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty only) Equity shares of face value INR 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to INR 85,18,65,488 divided into 42,59,32,744 Equity Shares of face value INR 2/- each.
