PVP Ventures Ltd approves allotment of 386 NCDs

The Board of Directors of PVP Ventures Ltd at its meeting held on Tuesday, June 27, 2017, have approved allotment of 386 partly-paid, listed, rated, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures each of a face value of INR 10,00,000 (Rupees Ten lakhs).

Shares of PVP VENTURES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.5.23 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5.26. The total number of shares traded during the day was 30225 in over 24 trades.
