SBI divests 3.9% Stake in SBI Life Insurance

The Executive Committee of the Central Board (ECCB) of State Bank of India at its meeting held on December 09, 2016 has approved divestment of 3,90,00,000 equity shares constituting 3.9% stake in SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd. at a price of Rs. 460 per share, subject to all regulatory approvals.

Shares of STATE BANK OF INDIA was last trading in BSE at Rs.266 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 259.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2130847 in over 14473 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 266.5 and intraday low of 258.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 563366477.
