Asian Oilfield allots 40,62,900 convertible warrants

Asian Oilfield Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 10, 2007 has allotted 40,62,900 Convertible Warrants to Promoters and Strategic Investors on Preferential Basis, from whom the Company has received requisite subscription monies, as detailed below:

- Promoters : 7,50,000 no of warrants

- Non-promoters : 33,12,900 no of warrants
